The place is an old house turned into an inn. High ceilings and a lot of room. The old bed was short for me, and stretching legs was uncomfortable. The linen is all 100% polyester. The restroom (WC and shower) is shared. It was not really comfortable to go there from the second floor. The sea is in a few steps but there's no beach. One can't get to swim because of huge chunks of lava with sharp edges. You must walk half a mile up the coast to a sand beach. We ordered a breakfast. It was two Filipino meals, and two instant chocos, like in a street eatery. Charged 762 pesos. Next times we would go to a neighbouring resort's restaurant. Prices in nearby grocery sellers are 30-50% higher than in downtown. It makes sense to take a tricie and go shopping in Robinson's. A cherry on a cake was our tricie ride after checkout. It was a bike of somebody belonging to this 'family inn business ', because the place is far away from busy roads. Upon departure I gave the driver a hundred, and he said it was 250. The usual price for such a ride is about 80 pesos. I just told him to go away before I call the pulis. So, the place has its ambience, but the location, the amenities, and the pricing are not okay.

It was an old house turned to be a hotel. It was so relaxing coz there are lots of plants, trees and view of the sea. They allow us to use the microwave and other utensils. The bed was so soft and room was big.
